職位描述
- 全面負責歐美/中東市場的商務拓展，包括代理、KOL、項目合作、社區流量等合作模型落地。
- 搭建並管理 BD 團隊，制定目標機制、考核激勵並完成結果交付。
- 設計並推動適合區域用戶習慣的增長型活動，如返佣任務、戰隊賽、空投聯動等。
- 對接市場、產品等部門，協調資源，推動項目快速上線執行。
- 獨立負責區域數據管理與優化，確保投入產出正向增長。
- 參與全球/區域行業會議或招商活動，代表平台拓展資源與品牌影響力。
