職位描述
- 檢查並評估受損車輛，以確定維修需求與費用。
- 執行車身修復，包括焊接、噴漆及填補，將車輛恢復至原始狀態。
- 使用各種工具及設備進行金屬成型、打磨與平整，以及客製化配件安裝。
- 與其他技術人員及工作人員協作，確保維修的時效性與準確性。
- 維護工作區域與工具的清潔與整理。
職位要求
- 學歷要求：高中或同等學歷，具相關證書者尤佳。
- 經驗等級：1 至 3 年汽車車身修復經驗。
- 技能與能力：具備壓縮成型、砂型鑄造、吸塑、手工焊接及組裝作業經驗。
- 職責：能遵循詳細維修程序並獨立作業。
- 個人特質：具備高度細節注意力與問題解決能力。
- 工作環境：能在車間環境中工作，並遵守安全規範。
