Plan, Organize, Lead and Control the activities of the department to ensure that all policies and procedures, internal control systems, processes and recording are in compliance with generally accepted accounting standards and that Management is provided with adequate and timely financial information for decision making and evaluating performance of the company.
Oversee the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Company's books of accounts
Supervise, direct and review the work including but not limited to accounts payable transactions, management reports, account reconciliations, inventory reports etc.
Develop, implement and maintain sound accounting policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze the performance of each accounting personnel and assist in the establishment of individuals performance

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent course
Must be Certified Public Accountant
Has at least 5 years experience as an Accounting Manager with staff of 5 to 10
Required skills are the ff: bookkeeping, auditing, taxation, financial statements (presentation and analysis); computer skills (esp. V -look up)
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Computer literate, with adequate knowledge in MS Office application
