Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, enhance employee retention, oversee training and development, and maintain effective HR operations.
Conduct employee onboarding and training programs.
Assist with performance management and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support payroll administration and benefits management.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, communication, employee relations, and talent management; strong in payroll, compensation, and benefits; excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Officer or Generalist.
Working Conditions: Office environment with a focus on teamwork; occasional overtime may be required.
Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
