Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers through various channels, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, primarily desk-based, with potential evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and capable of working under pressure.
