Description

  • Provide healthcare support to employees, addressing workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings.
  • Administer first aid and emergency care as needed.
  • Maintain medical records and confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with HR on occupational health policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Strong clinical skills, knowledge of workplace safety, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide healthcare to employees, conduct health screenings, maintain medical records, and promote wellness programs.
  • Office environment with occasional physical demands and exposure to health risks.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
