Description
- Report to the Production Supervisor
- Create products in accordance to standards
- Help improve and renew recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, and other kitchen equipment
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
- Understand food safety practices
- Perform other duties in the kitchen as prescribed
- Willingness to work independently or with team leaders to solve problems, plan schedules, and fulfill orders
- Flexibility to work around customer demands including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
- Ability to work in hot and hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands, and equipment,
- lift heavy items for extended periods
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily operations, support team projects, and ensure quality control.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic team player.
