  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule (pick, pack, label)
  • Act as dispatcher and supervise the loading and unloading of stocks by the Delivery Drivers to ensure nothing is amiss
  • Provide assistance or direction to logistics and other stockroom workers
  • Ensure that all stocks/supplies reach the stores/Office on time and in good condition
  • Assists on performing cycle counts and monthly physical count
  • Receive and process incoming warehouse stock products
  • Ensures all received items are in good quality and correct according to the quantity ordered
  • Maintain all crates, shelves, and racks are properly refilled with stocks
  • Guarantee and maintain items in acceptable quality standards
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report any damage to supervisor
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner. Practices First In, First Out Basis (FIFO) of stocks. Keeps tab of expiration dates of stocks
  • Ensure that all supplies are properly identified, stored, and labeled with Manufacturing Date or Expiry Date
  • Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities
  • Repack items/supplies that need to be dispatched in appropriate packaging
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom
  • Fill in the position of delivery staff in the absence of any of the Delivery Drivers
  • Determine sequence and release of back orders according to stock availability
  • Recommend disposal of excess, damaged or defective, and obsolete stock
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
