1. Graduate of Marketing, business administration or any related course. College graduate can be considered.
2. Proven work experience as Sales Agent for at least 2 years in wet market or any related sales environment.
3. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
4. Highly motivated and targeted driven.
5. With permanent address at least 5 years in a given address.
6. With understanding of sales performance metrics.
7. Can work even during holidays and night shift.
8. Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
