الوصف

  • Coordinate with clients to understand job vacancies and qualifications needed
  • Post job advertisements through online platforms, job boards, and social media
  • Source and screen applicants through resumes, interviews, and background checks
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements such as exams, medicals, and clearances
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews and endorse shortlisted candidates to clients
  • Monitor and follow up on the status of endorsed candidates
  • Prepare and submit recruitment reports and documentation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Attend job fairs, campus recruitment, and other sourcing events
  • Support onboarding processes in coordination with HR and operations

المتطلبات

  • At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a manpower agency or staffing firm)
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
