الوصف

  • Manage procurement processes for goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
  • Manage purchasing activities, maintain inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in canvassing/purchasing, strong work ethic, inventory management, time management, problem-solving, excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some fieldwork as required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
