1. Plans the overall and specific requirements of the project
2. Coordinates with other departments in order to resolve concerns that they may help.
3. Manages and controls the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con.
4. Monitors and controls project performance.
5. Turn-over and preparation of project close-out.
6. Prepares and submits project operating plan.
7. Overall in-Charge in site project

1. Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering

2. Has strong leadership skills and ability to track progress and quality of work being performed by design and trades

3. 2 - 3 years of experience in Architectural of fit-out construction management

4. Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD
