  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
  • With experience in government projects is an advantage
  • Ensure projects comply with specifications and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budgets.
  • Resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in industrial space design.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  1. Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp
  2. Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, equipment, tools and manpower use
  • Working Conditions: Site-based work in varying environments with potential for extended hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, effective communicator, and adaptable.
