Responsible for the deployment, installation, and configuration of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues; replace defective components as needed.
Identify and resolve system and network issues, including both hardware and software faults.
Conduct regular maintenance and system checks on computers and laptops.
Attends assigned tickets and provide immediate support
Performs other relevant task that may be assigned from time to time.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
Work experience as an IT support assistant, but not required.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Basic knowledge of network cabling, server setup (both software and hardware), and data backup procedures.
Strong communication, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Willing to relocate or travel to Binondo, Quezon City, or Mandaluyong, as required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
