- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Document issues and resolutions in the support database.
- Assist in training users on new technologies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Application Operation, System Operation, HTTPS protocols, and programming languages such as Java and Python.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote support; may require on-call duties.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
