الوصف

  • Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Facilitate training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Address employee inquiries and maintain HR policies.
  • Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience with accounting background
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
  • With accounting experiences.
  • Can travel from San Fernando if needed.
  • Angeles Residency
  • Not More than 30 yrs of age.
