  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage service
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Train and manage front-line staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assist in menu planning and special events coordination
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality service

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food and beverage supervision or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, teamwork, operations management, and documentation proficiency.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality service, and maintain documentation.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring flexibility in hours including evenings/weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team player.
