المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers through various channels, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, primarily desk-based, with potential evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and capable of working under pressure.
