الوصف

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee branch operations, manage inventory, train sales staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and branch performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance growth.
  • Foster relationships with clients and the community to promote brand awareness.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a LEADERSHIP and management role, preferably in retail or service industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, teamwork, marketing, analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for extended hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Problem solver, adaptable, and results-oriented with a focus on after-sales management.
