الوصف

  • Lead and manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow.
  • Develop and implement accounting strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure timely billing, enforce collection procedures, and monitor accounts receivable.
  • Oversee cash disbursements and manage accounts payable to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Prepare and analyze complete financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Changes in Equity.
  • Handle BIR compliance including EWT, VAT, ITR, and related alphalist submissions (QAP, SAWT, SLS).
  • Lead internal controls, compliance checks, and audit preparations (internal and external).
  • Manage the budgeting process, perform financial forecasting, and conduct variance and ratio analyses.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records (journals, ledgers, accruals).
  • Generate financial reports and insights to support management decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred but not required.
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reports).
  • Strong attention to detail, leadership ability, and time management skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bocaue, Bulacan.
