● Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and following Accounting procedures for accurate data.

● Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

● Reconciles and analyzes account information.

● Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

● Answers accounting questions by researching data.

● Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

● Maintains company confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

● Understanding of accrual vs cash basis accounting.

● Advanced skills in Excel, G-suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and One Drive.

● Sage / Meditech / ECW Experience a plus.

● Healthcare Cost Report preparation.

● Independent working/self-motivating as well as team player

● Account Reconciliations--Bank reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Prepaid, Payroll accruals

● Revenue & Contractual analysis.
